If you’re struggling to find a certain type of audio log at an outpost, try following this while scanning the environment. Typically, the Banished logs talk about the chain of command and events behind the scenes, while the UNSC logs are usually about escaping or surveilling the nearby base. To find them, a general rule of thumb to follow is that Banished audio logs are within the outposts, while UNSC audio logs are found on the outside. Each UNSC FOB has one UNSC audio log to collect upon liberation, while Banished outposts contain both. While some are found during the course of main missions, there’s also audio logs tied to the game’s outposts and FOBs.
